My new kilt arrived in the mail. So I donned it and walked a park trail. So happy that day but to my dismay, a hand stand can land you in jail!

That would be, of course, the most proper of times to wear it!
The second head in that shot is very disturbing.
That would, of course, be the very best time to wear the Kilt!
